Royston Turquoise Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet

A richly patterned Royston turquoise is the focal point of this handcrafted sterling silver cuff. Set on the diagonal, the stone combines vivid turquoise blue with an intricate natural matrix of brown, rust, gray and soft green. I chose the angled setting to work with the flowing lines of the silver leaves on either side.

The turquoise is bezel set and surrounded by twisted sterling silver wire, adding texture and definition around the stone. Two hand-fabricated silver leaves sweep across the double-band cuff, each individually shaped and detailed with cut and stamped lines. Their curved stems wrap naturally around the silver bands, giving the bracelet an open, organic design.

The cuff is constructed from .940 sterling silver half-round wire. I oxidized (blackened) the recessed areas to bring out the leaf details and the texture surrounding the turquoise, then polished the silver to a bright finish.

Inside diameter is approximately 6-inches with a 1-1/4 inch opening, for a total inside circumference of approximately 7-1/4-inches.

This is a substantial, rigid cuff and is not intended to be adjusted by bending. Please measure your wrist before ordering to ensure a good fit.
