These colorful earrings feature my original vitreous Enamel work over copper, with an abstract blend of aqua, rust red, orange, yellow, and black. Because the enamel is created and fired by hand, the pattern and color variations make this pair one of a kind.
Vitreous enamel is powdered glass that is fused to metal in a hot kiln. The colors are applied and fired in layers, allowing me to build the design as I work.
The ear wires are solid sterling silver.
