Enamel 24K Gold Earrings

These handcrafted Enamel earrings are a multi-color of greys and black and a bit of blue. This pair of earrings have the added bling with strips of 24K gold foil fused to the enamel. The gold will not flake off, as more clear enamel is fired on top. The ear wires and jump rings are 14kGF.

Vitreous enamel is a fused glass coating applied to a copper metal surface, creating a durable and non-porous finish. The enamel glass powder is fired in a very hot kiln, layer by layer, allowing the fused enamel to cool, before adding more color. The result is one of a kind design. The enamel comes in many colors, so the possibilities of design are endless.
