Dendritic Agate & Citrine Sterling Silver Necklace

This one-of-a-kind necklace features a large crescent-shaped Dendritic Agate, with natural black, gray, cream, and soft blue-gray inclusions that create a landscape-like pattern within the stone. The agate is set in a hand-fabricated sterling silver setting framed with twisted silver wire and small silver accents.

At the bottom of the pendant, a faceted yellow Citrine adds a small point of warm color and contrast against the cool tones of the agate and oxidized silver.

I designed the necklace as a complete piece rather than simply adding the pendant to a finished chain. Handcrafted sterling silver leaf elements connect the pendant to a long paperclip-style sterling silver chain, carrying the nature-inspired details from the focal stone into the necklace itself. The silver has been oxidized (blackened) to emphasize the texture and dimensional details.
